Terms for licensed use of ForumForge, acceptable community conduct, and enforcement against piracy or unlawful activity.

ForumForge provides software for launching and managing online forums. Customers are responsible for the communities they create, the content their members publish, and the way they configure access, moderation, billing, and public-facing pages. Access to ForumForge is granted only under a valid paid or expressly authorised licence.
You must provide accurate account and billing information, keep administrator credentials secure, and only give staff access to people who are authorized to manage your community. You must not share, sell, lease, or otherwise transfer licence keys, activation credentials, or instance secrets to any third party except as we expressly permit in writing.
ForumForge software, source materials (where supplied), branding, documentation, and related systems are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may only install, run, copy, or distribute ForumForge under a current valid licence from us. Use of cracked, nulled, patched, keygen-generated, reverse-engineered, or otherwise pirated copies is strictly prohibited. Running ForumForge without a valid licence, after revocation or suspension, or after expiry without renewal, is unauthorised use. We may verify licence status against public or reported domains, disable unlicensed instances where we can, and pursue civil and criminal remedies for piracy and other infringement under applicable UK and international law.
ForumForge may not be used to host, facilitate, advertise, sell, distribute, or organise unlawful activity. This includes, without limitation: illegal goods or services; controlled substances where trading is unlawful; weapons or explosives where prohibited; stolen property; fraud, scams, or financial crime; child sexual abuse material; trafficking; terrorism-related content; malware, phishing, or other cybercrime; spam; harassment; and content that infringes another party's rights. You must not use ForumForge as a marketplace, directory, or coordination tool for illegal trade. Communities must maintain appropriate rules and moderation for their audience. We may investigate suspected misuse, suspend or terminate access, revoke licences, and report activity to competent authorities.
If we reasonably believe ForumForge is being used without a valid licence, for piracy, or for illegal goods or other serious unlawful activity, we may take any combination of the following steps: suspend or terminate product access; revoke or refuse licences; block activations or validations; remove or disable hosted services; preserve and use technical logs and licence records; notify affected parties; and pursue injunctive relief, damages, account of profits, costs, and other remedies available at law. We may also refer matters to law enforcement or regulators in the United Kingdom or elsewhere. Nothing in these terms limits our rights to enforce our intellectual property or to cooperate with lawful investigations. Customers remain responsible for their members' conduct and for any losses arising from their misuse of the product.
Monthly, yearly, and lifetime options provide access to the same ForumForge product unless otherwise agreed in writing. Paid access begins when the order is accepted and remains subject to payment, licence status, applicable UK taxes such as VAT, and these terms. Non-payment, chargebacks used in bad faith, or licence misuse may result in immediate suspension without refund where permitted by law.
Monthly access can be cancelled before the next billing period. Yearly and lifetime purchases are intended for longer-term use, so refund eligibility should be confirmed before purchase or agreed in writing during the sales process. Refunds are not available for accounts suspended or terminated for breach of these terms, including piracy or unlawful use, except where UK consumer law requires otherwise. If you buy as a consumer in the UK, any statutory rights that apply to digital services are not affected.
Customers retain responsibility for forum posts, uploads, pages, forms, member records, commerce configuration, and moderation decisions inside their community. ForumForge may restrict access where a community creates legal, security, abuse, or platform risk, including suspected illegal trade or unlicensed software use.
ForumForge may improve, update, or change product features over time. We aim to avoid disruptive changes, but no software service can guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every feature will remain unchanged forever.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless a written agreement says otherwise. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to our right to seek interim or intellectual-property relief in any competent forum.
Questions about these terms, licence status, or suspected misuse can be sent through the ForumForge contact channel. Reports of pirated installations or communities used for illegal goods may also be submitted through that channel.
